Q.What sizes do the catsuits come in?
A. Our catsuits come in Small, Medium, Large & X-Large. We put the weight suggestions next to each size.
SMALL: 80-110 LBS
MEDIUM: 115-145 LBS
LARGE: 150-180 LBS
X-LARGE: 185-208 LBS
Q.Will your catsuits fit someone who is 6' tall?
A. The Large & X-Large are made to fit taller women as well, but if you are a Small or Medium, please call and request a TALL SIZE to assure it will fit your torso.
Q. Do you carry your catsuits in your Miami store?
A. No we do not. Our Miami store is mainly swimwear and beachwear.
Q. I see that your bottoms say "One Size", what does that mean?
A. Our bottoms fit many sizes. If you are between a 2-6 sometimes even 8, the cheeky closed bottoms will fit nicely. Note that cheeky means less coverage in the back. Our bottoms are meant to fit sexy.
Q. Which of your bottoms has more coverage?
A. Our 2115 "closed scrunched bottoms" are the most popular in fit & will have more coverage than our 2144 "side tie scrunched bottoms". The 2144, is lower in the front.
Q. Are your tops padded, wired or lined?
A. We do not use padding in our tops nor do we use wire. Our tops are lined only. They do have a great fit & are comfortable.
Q. Do you ship World Wide?
A. YES. We started with Domestic shipping, but realized there are many people outside the U.S. that wanted our products. Now we ship anywhere in the world!
Q. Do international buyers need to pay customs?
A. YES. We are not responsible for any additional taxes ,duty or customs fees charged upon arrival of destination. Each country is different.
Q. Do you offer overnight shipping?
A. YES. Please note that FeDex is best if you need your order in a hurry. It is guaranteed next day. Where as USPS overnight may take up to 2 days.
Q. How long does it take for my order to get here if I live in the United States?
A. We ship FREE using USPS priority mail, which takes 2-3 business days.
Q. What is your return/exchange policy?
A. For any of our products you have 7 days after you receive your order, to notify us if you would like to return or exchange it.
Q. I want to return my item, how do I do that?
A. If the item is with tags attached & in case of swimwear bottoms, the panty liner MUST BE attached, in the case of Catsuits, they SHOULD NOT be stretched out or have any perfume/odor on them, you can e-mail a request for a return shipping label to email@example.com and we will e-mail you back with the postage which will be valid for only 24 hours.
Include original invoice. Please write on it that you would like to return the item. Once we receive it, we will notify you that your refund is underway.
Q. I want to exchange my item for a different size/color?
A. E-mail a request for a return shipping label to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will e-mail you back with the postage which will be valid for only 24 hours.
Include original invoice, write on it what you would like to exchange it for. We will contact you with new tracking number.
Q. Who pays for shipping in case of return/exchange?
A. The buyer will pay for return/exchange shipping to us if they are international. In case of exchange, we will not charge you to send the exchange item back to you.
Q. Is shipping refundable?
A. NO. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Q. How ling does it take for the funds to be put back onto my card in the case of a return?
A. Please allow 7-10 business days AFTER we have received the product back into our shipping facility.
