There is nothing better to do on a long holiday weekend than BAKE! I satisfied my sweet tooth with these amazing Chocolate Chip Cookies. You can find the recipe that I used here.
Since I wanted to I make these cookies even more indulgent, doubling the cookie size to 2 heaping tablespoons did the trick. I left them in the oven for 20 minutes instead of the 10 that is in the original recipe & they came out perfectly done.
Try this at home & maybe even use these fabulous cookies to make your own ice cream sandwiches!
*PS: I highly recommend using SILPAT silicone sheets for baking. It assures that your cookies will slide off perfectly.
