Q. What is your return/exchange policy?
A. For any of our products you have 30 days after you receive your order, to notify us if you would like to return or exchange it.
 
Q. I want to return my item, how do I do that?
A. If the item is with tags attached & in case of swimwear bottoms, the panty liner MUST BE attached, in the case of Catsuits, they SHOULD NOT be stretched out or have any perfume/odor on themyou can e-mail a request for a return shipping label to sales@fjswim.com and we will e-mail you back with the postage which will be valid for only 24 hours.
Include original invoice. Please write on it that you would like to return the item. Once we receive it, we will notify you that your refund is underway.
 
Q. I want to exchange my item for a different size/color?
A. Please e-mail a request for a return shipping label to sales@fjswim.com and we will e-mail you back with the postage which will be valid for only 24 hours.
 
Include original invoice, write on it what you would like to exchange it for. We will e-mail you with new tracking number.
 
Q. Who pays for shipping in case of return/exchange?
A. The buyer will pay for return/exchange shipping to us if they are international. In case of exchange, we will not charge you to send the exchange item back to you.
 
Return labels will be first class as well as the exchange.
Q. Is shipping refundable?
A. NO. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
